Based on the current information, I think the issue can occur due to the setting or third party add-ons of Internet Explorer 10(IE) you are using. In this scenario, I suggest to follow the steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Click Tools -> Internet options.
2. Switch to the Security tab, click Local intranet, and then select Default level.
3. Switch to the Advanced tab, and click Restore advanced settings.

If the issue persists, please attempt to use a different version of IE or third party browser such as Google to view the report with chart.
