How do i declare a user defined table type sproc parameter as a local variable?

i think MSFT should rename all their system stored procedures as sys_ or ssp_ :)

good point, i've been naming sp_ or proc_ or prc_ since ver 6.5 so i'm hopeless for change, lol.
