App transfer file mp3 from my computer to Window phone by C#

I am developing an application copy file mp3 from my computer to Windows Phone 8 devices

However, these devices can not recognize these files, because some music properties are missed in these files (duration, bit rate,...).

Could you help me how can I add these properties to copied music files?
