A StartDocPrinter call was not issued | Windows Server 2012 R2

Your issues seem to surface from DevExpress printing in some fashion. So I would suggest you contact DevExpress's Support or if they have forums, or if their support includes forums, post a question there perhaps.


I don't really understand why Microsoft would provide a "Hotfix" unless something was wrong with Microsofts software. Which shouldn't have anything to do with DevExpress's products per se. Unless DevExpress found an issue with Microsofts software, reported it and from that report Microsoft corrected an error in their own software with a "Hotfix" I suppose.
