HI,

Before you write a mail, write a logic for preparing the link, link contains your website URL and append users email id ( same text or in decoded format) as query string, when users click this link from his email browser opens and your website gets the hit, take the query string validate the email id.

Better to have query string in Decoded format, so that user cant manually change the email id.
