Changing Registry of internet Explorer enable file download when an installer is run

I got the solution for my question

first of all add the registry

and then

add folder under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER

And

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

=>Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\2

and in folder 2 add a new DWORD Value

and name it 1803

and set a value 0 for enable and 3 for disable

And then build solution
