how to see log how many times trigger on my table executed

As others already mentioned – Transaction log is not human readable. There are third party tools that can read the transaction log and help you with your problem.

I suggest trying ApexSQL Log for this purpose, or SQL Log Rescue (SQL Server 2000 only).
