Is there a problem with PubCenter AdControl at the moment?

Or is there a service status page I can look at?

I was just about to submit my app when the ads started failing. I just get "MicrosoftAdvertising.ErrorCode.NoAdAvailable" thrown into the ErrorOccurred event on the AdControl. It's been doing it for approaching 24 hours now.

I'm in the UK, if that makes any difference.
