I have used query hint "OPTION ( HASH GROUP )" and now its working fine.

I do not think that should be the way to fix this issue. You are taking a very advanced call before you do the necessary actions, ie , creating indexes, tuning the code due to parameter sniffing etc. It is my personal opinion though.
