Update Create a Page(New) ribbon button control functionality using CustomAction

Hi

My requirements is to use our own custom create page to instead of OOB create page. So need to update the ribbon control New (Create a Page) URl to redirect to our custom create page using CustomActions. But I couldn't find the button details in CMDUI.xml(Ribbon xml). Please let me know where or how can I achieve this functionality?
