I wouldnt run the SQL Server Profiler on a Production System to find the Deadlock. The SQL Server Profiler slows down the System.
Instead use the RML Utilities for SQL Server to trace the whole day on the production System. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944837/en-us
The traces of the RML Tools should Show you where the deadlocks come from.
