How can I dsiplay "All" as default for multi-valued parameter?

I am using a multi-value parameter to select status of an order. The parameter works correctly, and the default is Select All.

The user would rather not see the individual joined values in the dropdown, but would like to see "All" for the default display.

How can I accomplish this?
