You could even upload the Excel to your SkyDrive, then user can open the Excel Sheet in browser and work with it. Here is an example from my SkyDrive: https://skydrive.live.com/edit.aspx?resid=D974FC8F54C88BA9%21190&id=documents&wd=cpe&app=Excel

You can enter values for "Wert a/b/c" and the diagram refreshes.
