Repointed Win8 -> Win8.1 App, VisualState PointerOver no longer working

Hi Rob,

It weird that the only PointOver does not work, I think the reason is PointOver is not triggered, take a look at the documentation: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/jj709909.aspx. I will try to figure out why it is and update you later.

BTW, Try tsw's answer might be a solution.
