Retrieve rows from a table where part of the text in a column field matches the text from another table

>> tblFullName [sic] has a column called FullName which contains full names, and tblLastName [sic]


So many errors in this narrative! The prefix “tbl-” is so silly it has the name “tibbling” when we talk about design flaws. The goal of DBMS was to remove redundancy. This is basic and you should know it.

SQL is not a text or semantic language. We do this by using a tool designed for names; I like Melissa Data for names.
