Sandbox Solution with HttpResponse using Trust Proxy

I have built a sandbox solution that assembles a word document from the database. I know I need to use a trust proxy to allow a HttpResponse for a SaveAs dialog to allow the user to save the document. I have an in-mem stream that can be saved but what does the overridden Execute of the SPProxyOperation return?
