SharePoint 2010 - SQL Server Service Application Server Appears on Server without SSRS Installed

Try this

$disabledReportingService = get-spserviceinstance -all |where {$_.TypeName -like "SQL Server Reporting*" -and $_.Status -eq "Disabled"}
$disabledReportingService | Remove-SPServiceApplication

That might work but i haven't tested it.
