Updating memo filed with replace function does not working

Hi, in addition to post DDL+DML (create table query & insert sample data query), check if the select query with the same filter really bring you the data that you want to update

select joboperations 
from joboperations 
where jmoProcessLongDescriptionText like '%Operation Complete%' and jmojobid = '16402' and jmoProcessLongDescriptionText like'%Operation Complete________________Date___________%'

Maybe the filter do not fit your needs, or the replace do not find any data to replace
