customize quick launch menu in all pages

Hi Hani,

According to your description, my understanding is that the changes made to the quick launch were not applied to some pages.

Per my knowledge, if we customize the site master page and the changes will be applied to publishing pages.

If we customize the System Master Pages and the changes will be applied to the pages including the edit.aspx page.

I recommend to check if your customized master page is set as the default master page.
