What has a title and blank entry, the listbox? That line subtracting 2 still worries me since lstBooks.SelectedIndex = 0 or 1 would result in an invalid index into the array/collection.
Please let us know which line of code is throwing the error. It might also help to show with a picture or something what you mean when you say you have two headers.
