The issue is due to one or more of the files listed in the application manifest cannot be found on the server. We can upload all the deployment’s dependents files, and try again. And frequently this means that the application is somehow corrupted, or that the ClickOnce store is corrupted. Please refer to the following thread to fix the issue.

According to your screenshot, you are using Chrome. Please use IE browser try it again. SSRS not all report functionality is supported by all browsers. Please refer to the similar thread below:
