Calculate the Change in the Column group total in SSRS

Hi Divya,

Based on your description, you want get the Monthly change values in the Total Column. Suppose the column group is Columns. Please refer to the following steps:

1. Add a matrix in the report body. With column group, row group and detail field.


2. Add an extra row in the end, and filled with the expression of calculate Monthly change values.


3. Right click the “Columns” in Column Groups dialog box. Click Add Total option.


4. After that, we can get the Monthly change values in the Total column.
