Chage content of the page

Hi Sriram T,

For this issue, I would suggest you to consider using Page Viewer Web Part, put your content in different page, then use the Page View Web Part link to the page, when clicking the link in your left part, change the Page Viewer Web Part url property using JavaScript.

Another workaround is to use IFrame, here is a sample about adding an IFrame to a SharePoint Wiki Page:
