How to create SetupWizard for web application using asp.net(Visual studio 2010)?



Hi All
 
  I want to create a setup wizard for web application using asp.net(Visual studio 2010 or 2013) . 
Since i new to this topic please advice me  step by step procedure to deploy my solution 
 into production environment using setup wiazrd..because client want it as a exe file to  
install  the solution in production environment.I have done my web application in sharepoint foundation 2010. 
 Please advise.... Thanx in advance..
