SP with input parameters to disable and enable indexes

Hi Latheesh,

The only thing I think he might be doing is a lot of ETL and that is why he is trying to get rid of indexes at the time of ETL. Would you not support removing indexes before performing heavy ETL? please shed some answers. Thank you.
