Does VS support DebuggerVisualizers for Windows Store apps?

I have a debugger visualizer that shows a List<double> audio buffer graphically as a waveform. When I try to open the visualizer, I get a an error dialog: "Could not load hosting dll" with no more details.

Tried running VS as admin, same error.
