Merging multiple rows in to a single row (when rows meet merging criteria)

#1: There is NO row number to refer to. The rows are in completely random order.

#2: You still didn't answer my question -which was very clear, at least from my perspective. Instead, you repeat your question over and over again.

#3: Without any value to identify the order of the rows being inserted there's nothing to indicate in which order to process those rows. No matter how often you repeat a reference to a non-existing "order of rows"

#4: I did NOT refer to any algorithm regarding the merge operation. I precicely referred to the process of selecting the corresponding row.

#5: I'm out. May other folks deal with a "scratched record"...
