Sort order - Finnish_Swedish_CI_AS

Don´t get the sort order here: I would say that aggr_gem-01 and aggr_gem-02 should come next to each other - but apparantly not. - anyone know why ?

SELECT [name]
  FROM [LagringsAdm].[dbo].[FLtest]
  order by [name]

gives:
