SSRS - Dynamic ordering the fields based on the Customer

excel input? You mean based on order in which columns are arranged in excel?

If you want to cater to such a requirement, you need to maintain a position attribute against columns in the db based on the order in Excel (this needs to be populated using your ETL process from excel -> SQLServer).

Then this can be utilized for sorting inside SSRS matrix in column group to generate the columns in the same order.
