Best Bets Not Showing

SharePoint 2010 Enterprise

I have setup Best Bets and works perfectly in our test environment, but not in production. Just don't see any results showing at all for Best Bets in our production environment.

Our Search Centre is in the same site collection as our main site and that is where I've configured Best Bets, etc. (so not different site collection)

The Search Best Bets Web Part is on the Results.aspx page and default configuration. Used the Enterprise Search Centre template to create the search site.

As mentioned, it works perfectly in our test environment which is setup exactly the same as production.

Any ideas of what might be the issue.

I also ran a full crawl but no luck - driving me crazy.

Nothing in ULS or Event Viewer to indicate any problems either.
