Best Bets Not Showing

Hi Grant,

Based on your description, my understanding is that the best bets do not show up in search results.

I recommend to verify the things below:

1. Check if the Enable custom scopes is selected in the Search Settings in the top level site settings page.

And you need to set the search center URL under the custom scopes and set the results.aspx page as the Site Collection Search Results page.

2. Check the best bets to see if the expiry date is reached based on the time zone you set on your site.

3. To narrow the issue scope, I recommend to create a new site collection to test and compare the results.
