ARP -a only shows the Mac Address of any connected remote device!
I suppose if somebody is using software that simulates a WebCam they may have a reason for that. Is there a reason you can't simply ask a user to choose which WebCam to use from a list of installed WebCams?
Wanting is one thing. Wanting something that could be used maliciously is another. Maybe the user doesn't want your software doing that without their permission.
