Hello,
I feel your pain, had a run in with Sonar before and the only solution is to a) turn it off b) under Sonar options you can point to a files that should not be touched and there may be an option (its been a while) to mark a folder to now touch.
For me I turned Sonar off for local files but left all downloaded scan-able and placed into quarantine for me to make the decision to remove or not to remove said file(s).
