Why am I not receiving Identity request on port 113?

I think you could make trouble shooting as below:

1.Did your client connect to server and post message to server?

2.Did your identity server run correctly?

3.Did your server get the message from the client?

4.Did your server could post message back to your client?

Your application was between the client and server, every place may make you not receive anything back. It would be helpful if we could find out where was wrong.
