Need SQL Script.

Hi Everyone,

I need a query to get the high CPU and Physical_IO utilized queries executed for last 10 days with program name and Query type. Query type is to get what kind of query it is e.g. Stored Procedure, SQL Batch like that. I tried with some queries but no luck. Please some one help out to get this data.
