Cannot consolidate rows when SELECTING from 4 tables

Hi, you have distinct record and no duplicated rows because:

from 1st and 2nd row there is a different email address

from 2nd and 3rd row there is a differend tel number

So all 3 rows are different and the clause DISTINCT has no effect
