Export to Excel or CSV not working for a user (it works for all other users)

Hi CCOZMA,


According to your description, when a user wants to export a report to Excel, it only display blank page and you are unable to export the report.


Based on my research, it has reported the similar issue when exporting to Excel in IE browser. The issue could cause by that a Norton application is (or has been) installed and/or when one or more alternate browsers (e.g., Firefox; Chrome) have been installed changing the default Browser settings. In your scenario, you can try to run the script to fix the issue.
