how to controll browsers (chrome,firefox e.t.c) with c# console application

It sounds like you want to redirect the users of any internet application to a different site. I don't think there is any way to do that in C#.

It might be possible with an LSP (layered service provider, http://ift.tt/1y18ifv) or a Windows Firewall driver.
