Web Service parameter conversion problem

The PEWebServiceReference is the name of the service reference when you created it. When you created a new reference it would have probably defaulted to ServiceReference.  You should rename the service reference (might need to update the service reference) to PEWebServiceReference to get it back to using the name you had previously.  Or simply rename the references in your code.
