Tablix Headers Not repeating in ssrs 2008

Hi All,

if we look at the above image i want the top row ( Location,No.of cards, Account Amount) to be repeated in each page in report portal as well as when i export into PDF.

Can someone please help me with this

I tried google and made some changes but no luck.
