live video streaming in c#

i am new to windows8 app development i was doing video conference app and i have problem with streaming live video using webcam and i have searched

but i could not find solution in c# so please help me to stream live video using rtp or udp ports and connect to other computer please suggest me if there is any samples or any thing related to this
