Reading or loading a single column from MS Excel into a combobox in C#

thanks heaps for reply, But I have an excel file which I want it to load automatically when I open my program instead of opening from Dialog box. e.g when I open program the combo box should be populated with office names so the user can select office and when clicks on send email button an outlook new message launches with the office email address which is the second column in my excel sheet.
