I very appreciate you suggestion to use Relational Interval Tree. I will take time to read this thoroughly.
Maybe it's worth mentioning that actually we are not selecting so small amount of data out of big one - in execution plan I posted earlier, note that 106+ million records are queried from Fact table. By your opinion, is it going to have great impact on the performance?
