Split date range without Calendar table

Hi Uri,

thank you so much for all of the suggestions. We already created partitions on Fact table based on weeks (ActivityStart).

I tried your suggestion to use FORCESCAN, but performance is worst (without FORCESCAN it works ~2 minutes, with it > 8 minutes and still no result).

Just to mention, index seek works very fast (< 100ms) if you execute it for only one time period (from - to), but as soon as I cross/inner join with Calendar table, this becomes very slow.
