Would I have to do a loop or can I do a join somehow or something else?
Hello Debra,
In 99.999% of all case you don't need to loop (= cursor), you can mostly do it set based. But we don't now the structure of the related tables like ARH, Inventory etc; you have to provide further information's so that we can give you further assistance.

Olaf Helper , Can you please let me know some useful books and links where I can learn to avoid loops as much as possible. I am a OOP developer so have a habit of class and objects thus whenever it comes to logics, I can develop but somehow ends up with <While>.
Thanks in advance.
