Hello,
Every thing is virtual inside RAM.Table also does not exists on harddisk its just the way it is presented to user.I am saying this as still I have not read about Hekaton.If you want to modify a row page on which row resides is brought into memory and change is made later after commiting lazy writer flushes this page.
I am not sure what is Virtual table but this is AFAIK.
