Static Group headers while scrolling "Down"

If I understand correctly, you want to freeze row header (first group) in a table. To achieve the requirement, we can refer to the following steps:

1. Right-click the table to open the Tablix Properties dialog box.
   


2. Enable “Repeat header rows on each page” and “Keep header visible while scrolling” options under Row Headers category.
