Communicating Siemens PLC With VB.net/C#

Hello,

I want to communicate Siemens PLC using VB.net or C#. Siemens PLC is having protocol TCP/IP RFC 1006.I want to read and write data in the PLC.If it is possible please revert me with small example and what are the references to be add in order to achieve this.
