Add automatically a doc lib into sites

Hi;

I have several subsites (150 sites) on my site collection and when I create a new doc lib on a subsite X then I would like that this doc lib either add automatically on all subsites.

I search a code source with a event receveir (add library) or anohetr method which realize my requirement ?
