App Size limit question

Hi

I am developing a universal app. The app will come preloaded with its content. SQL Lite database. The folder structure of the app will contain an "Images" folder (with subfolders). I anticipate putting a couple of hundred jpeg images in these folders.

Question: Is there a overall app size file limit on Windows Store and Windows Phone Store?

For example, my app in total cannot be over X megabytes ?
